ProLink is a special events, media and promotions company. Established in Austin, Texas in 1996, ProLink has produced events throughout the United States with such tennis icons as Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, Jim Courier, John McEnroe, Andy Roddick, Anna Kournikova and the Bryan Brothers. Prolink special guest participants have included President George H. Bush, Texas Governor Rick Perry, Lance Armstrong, Dr. Phil, Clyde Drexler and Sean Elliott. ProLink’s original music productions have featured such great artist as Willie Nelson, Clint Black, Jerry Jeff Walker, Tracy Lawrence, Los Lonely Boys, Chris Robinson (Black Crowes), Lars Ulrich (Metallica), Mike Mills (REM), Kellie Pickler and Gavin Degraw. Most importantly, ProLink has had the honor to produce events for great organizations such as The Bush-Clinton Relief Fund, Elton John Aids Foundation, Andy Roddick Foundation, Willie Nelson-Neighborhood Longhorns and The Children of Fallen Soldiers Fund.
Mr. Stallard is president and founder of Prolink . Mr. Stallard has produced more than 50 USTA professional events. His original productions include Gibson GrandSlamJam, co-founded with tennis legend Jim Courier, and The Willie Nelson Whole Foods Market Challenge, co-founded with music legend Willie Nelson. In the Sping of 2005, ProLink co-produced “Serving for Tsunami Relief” which raised $518,000 for the Bush-Clinton Relief Fund. Prior to establishing ProLink, Mr. Stallard served as Director of Tennis at Barton Creek Resort and was Assistant Coach for the University of Texas at Austin Women’s Tennis Team.
Mr. Kjellsten currently serves as Director of Business Develompemt for ProLink. He was the former Director of Public Relations and Communication for the ATP Tour in Monte Carlo. Mr. Kjellsten has an extensive background in the financial service industry and held marketing positions with NIKE and the USTA Southern Section. He received an MBA from Louisiana State University.
Mr. Castillo joined ProLink in May of 2010 after 13 years as Director of Tennis Operations at Barton Creek Resort and Country Club. At Barton Creek, Mr. Castillo produced professional USTA events and “Lessons for Life” benefiting Livestrong. Israel served on the Club Corp National Tennis Committee as well as having been part of event production and marketing for ProLink over the last 12 years. Israel studied Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
Ms. Wade is a multi-talented and highly regarded member of the ProLink team. She has served on numerous boards and advisory committees for arts organizations and childrens’ charities, including Hamilton College, Austin Museum of Art, Big Brothers Big Sisters and The Center for Child Protection. She is founding co-chair of the Buckaroo Ball in Santa Fe, New Mexico and was a co-chair of the Texas Film Hall of Fame awards in Austin, TX. Ms. Wade has been recognized as one of the “Fortunate 500″ in Austin, in recognition of her longstanding community involvement. She was an archaeologist at the American Museum of Natural History in New York, and has served as an art and music critic for Rolling Stone, Art News and Art in America.
Mr. Merida brings almost 20 years of marketing and design experience to ProLink. He is well versed in creative media including : print, web, video, illustration, as well as traditional drawing and painting. In addition to his work with Prolink clients, Martin serves as the Web Artist for Sony Online Entertainment fulfilling art responsibilities for Star Wars Galaxies, EverQuest II, Magic the Gathering and DC Universe Online accounts. Martin serves on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations-C.L.E.A.T.S (providing athletic shoes for low-income children) and MAGGIES HOPE (providing financial assistance to families coping with autism).
Mr McCarthy is considered one of the top sound and event producers in the country. After attending Berklee College of Music, he moved to Austin, TX where he started a band with Bob Schneider called the Ugly Americans. He later went on to work with Direct Events, SXSW, and toured with Gavin Degraw, Meatloaf and Jimmie Vaughan. He was co-founder of Grand Slam Jam with Tim Stallard and Jim Courier, and has since worked with Prolink, Sony Records, Inside Out Live, Fender, Intel, Dell and other clients throughout North America.
Mr. Proct brings 30 years of experience in the music industry to ProLink. He managed the careers of The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Jimmie Vaughan, The ARC Angels and Storyville. Mr. Proct served as the production coordinator for Stevie Ray Vaughan’s GRAMMY Award-winning albums “Family Style” and “The Sky is Crying.” He also produced the highly successful T Bird Riverfest, which was the premier concert event for more than a decade in Austin, featuring the T Birds, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Carlos Santana, Bonnie Raitt, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and numerous other acts. Mr. Proct has been involved in all aspects of the
music business with substantial time devoted to concert promotion and touring production.
Mr. Agritelley is owner of TBARM Racquet Club in Dallas, Texas. TBARM is considered one of the top private racquet clubs in the US and was named 2008 USTA Texas Member Organization of the Year. TBARM consist of 14 hard courts, 8 indoor courts and 8 clay courts. TBARM has hosted the USTA Men’s Challenger of Dallas for the last 12 years. Prior to buying TBARM, Glen was an executive for Microsoft Corporation for 10 years.
Mr. Barry is currently the Tournament Director of the US Clay Court Championships “A USTA Event.” He is a United States Professional Tennis Association Master Professional and a former WTA Tour coach. Van serves as the Director of Tennis at River Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas. River Oaks is considered one of the top private country clubs in the US.
